apparently if you eat cheese late at night you get nightmares

I used to do that, went through a good few months were I had some wierd dreams most nights, not nightmares tho. Most of em was just really random and funny, I'd be thinking about em all day then eat some more cheese on toast before bed in the hope it'd happen again

Doesn't work anymore tho
