Thick cut ham,
Mayonnaise,
English mustard,
Lettuce,
Cracked black pepper on farmhouse loaf.

iceberg lettuce on the bottom, not the thicker bits but jsut the end of the leaves.
thick cut ham off the bone

lots of spring onions
on a white bap.
