Was discussing this. Why aren't we all good looking and why are there people that not soo good I don't mean it in a nasty sense but why isn't everyone good looking?

Good looking, is a perceptual thing though.

What you find or I find to the next person completely differs.

Thus it's impossible to make everyone good looking, or not good looking as the defenitions and perception of these two states (and anything in between) differs vastly and constantly changes...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Everyone (well apart from the proper munters) is good looking to at least one other person.

Sometimes i find women attractive because they look a little different. Not the usual perception of perfection you're used to seeing.
