after t-cuting the car i noticed i may have been leaving behind swirl marks, im sure they wernt there before and i clean the car with a car sponge and polish with a polishing cloth.
Could the cause be in the way i polish if so how

T-Cut could cause it, its VERY harsh!
Rub it between your fingers and feel how "gritty" it is?!

Try the (I can't believe I'm saying this) two bucket method... keeps the sponge cleaner.

Dodo Juice is a pre wax cleaner or a wax depending on what you have from them!

I could do with knowing if that works, I always get polish everywhere. Give me a fully colour coded car and I will find somewhere to get a polish mark on it.
Usually a good hard scrub with a sponge gets it off, though

Smooth - or just peanut oil. Honestly - the peanut oil restores the colour and removes the polish.
Failing that a bit of APC with a toothbrush ans some scrubbing
Mobby - Use the G3 but for christs sake use a polisher! Failing that, give up and use 2 or 3 coats of SRP with some wax over the top.
