I always get my munch on after about 10pm, you aren't meant to digest stuff properely then i.e. making it worse to eat as you go fat although i've also heard that is rubbish I don't normally eat until lunchtime so it's fine

Could always try having your evening meal an hour later?

Either way you dont want to eat late at night as you might turn into a fatty like Ed

I always have takeaways after 10pm - I get full really quickly eating them but I seem to digest them faster than a glass of water im always starving by 7am and it wakes me up

I often eat late at night, early hours of the morning. And I eat loads of cheese which is meant to be bad at night. Sometimes I get in at 3-4am from work and have a huge cheese sarnie, sausage roll, crisps etc.

Not ideal but I think my body is used to it.

Eating at night is fine, as long as you go easy on the carbs.

Late night carbs are the devil.
Late night fat/protein however, is not!

If I'm hungry on the way home from work (early morning, anything from 3 to 6 am) I usually stop and get a couple of double burgers from my local Tea Hut

I'd disagree. I think it's important to eat something late at night. So that there is no significant period of the day/night without food.

I always make sure to have a protein shake or some cheese or something pre bed. +Have lost a shade over 8 stones since on this regime!
