found out last night that they have kept the 1000m rowing challange open since last summer.. i won it back then and my time is still unbeated !! lol

3mins 09 seconds

its no world beating record but so far nobody has beaten my time

will try for a 3min flat next week as i have been doing a lot more 10k rows lately and im getting faster and more powerful on those.

knocked my 10k down to 37.5mins

I used to do rowing at school. They used to make us go on the machine for, what felt like, hours. It hurt

Especially the relay comp when we had to row for about half a day in teams on the machines.
