Am i been too picky?

All i want is a 1.6 Sport, 1999 T onwards, with 80k or less, standard or modded, if modded, only subtle, exhaust, wheels, lowering etc. Got £1500 to play with, maybe a bit more, could borrow £200 off my mum. Just cant find what i want. Oh and i dont want Red, either Arden Blue, Brocade Yellow, Black, Silver or WHITE

i been looking for a gsi mate and they are hardly any. fuck all on autotrader aswell. not sure on ebay though - cant see that in work

White is VERY cool!! Wanted one for a while, travelled 130 mile to get one, and it blew up a mile from the guys house, so got my money back.

I was on the hunt for one for about 6 months, wasnt too fussy on age but needed to be fairly clean and with low mileage, round in East Anglia all the regular places to look (autotrader & Pistonheads) turned up nothing or super chavved! then th Missus spotted one which had been on a day and we had bought it the day after! T reg, 63k 1.6 Sport in red for under £1500, infact i got it for £1200! so keep looking mate one will turn up.

sorry to whore your post andy, but monster are thos corsa's near you im tempted 2 buy another 1.6 engine and bang it in mine instead of looking for a new car.

I was looking for a Corsa Sport for ages whilst also trying to sell my tart of and escort.

Anyways driving home one Friday night from work I was actually thinking at the time that I'd go for a drive to some local traders and see if I could P/Ex the escort for a corsa sport If I could find one.

Anyways happen to drive round the corner and see a Corsa Sport in smoke grey at the side of the road. Asked the guy if he sell it (wasnt advertised) and it happened that his girlfreind was thinking of selling.

By Monday I'd sold the escort (rather cheap to a mate) and picked up the corsa.

Now thats fate

I waited weeks for the right 1.6 SPort to come up.

I wanted black, low miles, and an owner or two.

Paid over the odds, but it was immaculate and just what I was waiting for.
