Its not a waste of money anyway, its a unique selling point and increases the value of the apartments within the building.
$700m cost to build, $3.6m-$36m each value

Yes but i cant see it being that safe.
Skyscrapers are designed with wind and updraught in mind.
A building that changes shape isnt going to be is it?
and i wouldnt want to be in that when a hurricane or tornado hits it thats for sure.

Maybe he is a structural engineer cosmo, he could make a fortune, the world doesn't need wind tunnels or sophisticated computers anymore, just a drawing and nova_gte

i watched a program a while ago on how they design skyscrapers, every last bit is designed to withold the wind and uprdraught.its a bit like aerodynamics on buildings..and seeing as it changes shapes how the fuck would it be aerodynamic. and considering the updraught causes skyscrapers to shake and move all the time i cant see it being safe.

Oh well, if you watched a programme then that will obviously far outweigh the years and years of study and experience that the teams who worked on this design did.

Its just seems a stupid comment to make on the basis of a programme you watched, when its fairly obvious the (probably) 100's of specifically educated people who worked on this design think otherwise.
