you dont have to put anything on, but it does help if you use one of the creams that they usually sell there

put factor 50 creme on the red bits so they dont tan any more, it will help even it out a little bit.

babyoil is good, but not a good idea if youjust starting out on them! Tom youhave quite fair skin, id suggest putting lots of moisturizer on beforehand just to keep your skin moist.. and only start off with 3 mins at a time! not 10
