Why is it that Royal Mail are only capible of delivering junk that is only fit for the bin and when you are posted something important they loose it or steal it. They really are fucking incompitent, I have never had a good experience wit them.

I always frank any post at work and put about £2 on top of the postage price so they deliver it quicker
They are useless though - I send drawings from our Bedford office to the Ipswich one about one a week - I guarantee they loose one packet a month and I have to resend it

Even they've gone missing for me
Also, I though Special delivery was still insured if you send things abroad - not so.................but they still charge you for it FFS.

I've never had a problem with RM and I've sent/recieved tons of goods and in all shapes and sizes.
I sent 2 bike wheels with them which was just over their limit but the kind ladies in there took it anyway

I would do, but all I was sent this time round was a certificate that I need tomorrow. Posted first class on Tuesday and no where to be seen

it was my birthday on tuesday and i received 7/8 cards through the post. not one of which hadn't been opened. i know for a fact none of them contained cash but one did contain a cheque, however this was missing from the card when i got it. they couldn't claim the money but they didn't want me to have it either

WTF that's a bit fucked up. Surely they can't go around opening your post?

i've had questionable bank cards through the post as well, where it looks like they've been etched therefore obtaining my card number, obviously couldn't get the numbers on the signature strip though. don't know if thats somebody trying to get the details or whether its been through a roller or something at the sorting office, both could be feasible

I send something first class standard parcels - didn't turn up so I'm going through a claim with them. There's no way they should be allowed to get away with it

always been fine for me.
although, my postman leaves parcels on my doorstep even though they are 'signed for' parcels.
claim time when that happens could always have gone missing.

Don't usually have any problems with them, although we did once have a letter that took 13 days to go 25 minutes up the road.

Woman down our street complained to the post office that things kept getting left without signatures, and the postlady was signing for things for people.
Post woman was suspended for 4 weeks

i still dont understand why you have to pay more for the eventuality that they might loose what you gave them.
I mean their purpose is to send shit, but you have to pay them more so the stuff you have actually gets sent?
Its like a fucking protection racket.
