I read somewhere you should use warm water to wash your face before, to open your pores up and then use cold water after you have shaved to cool them down.

Fuck knows if it makes a difference but it seems to work for me.

Have a wet shave with an electric shaver.

A rash will be the least of your worries.

Warm water softens the hairs so it doesnt cause as much friction when you shave, and therefore less irritation and rash!

How the fuck I know that I dont know as been years since I was clean shaven
