Not too happy,
ordered some bit from them about 2 and a half weeks ago and still not yet revieved any goods
Is it rallyman the user on here?
Anyone else had problems with these before?

everything i have ever ordered bar one has taken a while to get to me, always top quality.
it has/wont put me off using him though

I bought off him and was told it would be with me by the end of the week. It took over 2 weeks to arrive. I will not purchase from him again.

If you havent got it and dont need it just cancel the order  best of both worlds then

all the people complaining about the service...
you try running a company like his, on your own, and having a family to run aswell...
it's not easy, with the amount of work he has on etc etc

Whilst you are quite right in one way, a business is a business and in this day and age customers don't expect to be waiting 2 weeks for stuff.
Not saying he isn't busy, but if people don't get stuff in the time they expect, they're bound to moan.

I don't particularly feel that this is the appropriate forum for venting ones frustration; Especially, given that you have not contacted said party in the first place...

He is working on his own with help from the other chris iirc
they have lost staff, and are desperately trying to keep up with orders
remember they dont just sell mail order items, they work on cars too
please take that into account before you order stuff

its all well and good saying blah blah they work on cars awell etc he's on his own blah blah you should not advertise if you cannot keep up with demand people are not ordering aston martins made to order they are ordering small parts etc
yes it will slow til he gets staff but ive bin reading people have problems for weeks dont take that long to take new staff on.......
think people would respect him more if he said im really sorry m8 i cannot gaurentee delivery for 2-3weeks a month maybe then at least you know where you stand but no they take the order and take the cash and your just a number get in line.
i had exact same problem with another company i paid 10quid p+p and 2-3 day delivery 4 weeks later and i ended up driving up to get it myself makes me so mad wish they could have said can you come collect as delivery is extremely busy at this time that is all it would take

i havent seen him advertising any more
and if you look at the thread the other week, he aplogised and explained the situation for everyone to read
IMo it will take a bit of time to get someone in to do the job, otherwise the next complaint will be the people at CAM know nothing

ive never had any problems with rallyman, sorted me loads of stuff for my corsa..... no problems for me.. ring him

Rallyman is spot on, my bits took a week to arrive, I then later ordered a hose from him and he sent blue not red (my fault not making this clear) he sent a red one out same day I sent blue one back!
