I am extremaly fucked off.
i joined 32red.com a couple of days ago.
i deposited £50 and took advantage of the 100% deposit bonus.
I then won 500 quid in 3 bets, all from a £10 1st bet and withdrew it all.
I got an email just now saying it had been cancelled due to not wagering £5000.
So i got onto there chat and they said because i used the deposit code, i have to wager 5k before i can withdraw any money.
so i decided to do 200 on red, 200 on black and 12 on 0, did this till id wagered 5k in total, and had lost about 150 quid.
Then contacted them agin, saying id bet 5k, please withdraw my money and close my account.
Reply.... im sorry sir, red and black bets do not count towards the wagering amount.
So i went for 10er on each number except 0. had to make 12 bets to meet the requirement. 4 bets in, in roll 0.
WANKERS!!!

Afraid you need to read the T&C, some of these bookies require you to stake your bet 50 times or whatever like you have found out
I always check before using lesser known betting companies

id understand if it was a small company. but there a big mainstream betting company. ive played on nearly off betting sites, and not 1 has ever had a sign up bonus where it does this sort of thing.
Admitidly it is in the T&C, but who reads them!

I thought this was standard on alot of sign up offers, where you have to wager 100x your deposit or similar to be able to cash out your winnings.
Although they usually let it go in installments, before gambling on the red/black, you should have asked what types of bets would contribute to your total wager amount.

Im not denying the fact that there all making more than they know what to do with.
What fucked me off is the stupid bonus rule. Thats the only site that does such a stupid bonus. all the rest give you the bonus to do as you like with

every gambling site i have ever played on does this if you sign up using certain codes
you cant do red and black bets and on most of them you cant play black jack to clear the amount on some sites the only way you can clear it is with the progressive slots

usually you cant withdraw bonus money until a certain amount has been wagered... but you can usually AT LEAST withdraw your initial deposit back out...

Yes paul. usually, you can withdraw anything except the bonus amount. you can always withdraw winnings, just not the bonus amount.

Update:
When i was in the live chat i asked for my account to be closed as i had been told there was no chance of withdrawl until i wagered 5k.
So because i then went on to risk it all in the chase to wager the 5k in the less riskyest option and lost it all, i had no reason to stay with them.
She then said, i will get my manager to contact you tomorrow due to wanting account closed.
Just recived an email...
Running on about how its in the terms and conditions etc etc.
Then said if you still had money in your account i would have let you withdraw the 50 deposit and 50 bonus.
Are they taking the fucking piss? last night there was no possible way of withdrawl, so i felt i had to risk it to stand chance of at minimum getting my 50 bacl.
Now, if i had not bothered i could have had some of it back.
What a fucking joke.

decided i wanted to withdraw and realised I couldn't! They didn't allow refunds to cards, so I had to get it wired direct to my bank account or cheque etc. However, My name was like 'sexy girl' and my address was '919 jpjspogjps street' as I didn't want to be sent any junk mail.
I contacted customer services and they were like 'So let me get this right? you're a bloke called Paul. Who wants to change the address of an account named 'sexybaby69' to his address, because the old address is wrong?' ... 'yes'.
'How can you prove you've not hi jacked this account? what is your secret answer to the question in your account'
- SHIT! I had just hit any buttons ... 'erm... is it sighajgoag' ... - nope.
Fuck.
So thought, balls to it, I'll just waste all remaining credit on the slot machines... played a few times and then caching - £400 won! 
I now had like £400 ish in the account i needed to get out! but no way of getting the payment to me! Customer services wouldn't budge and were being penises about it all...
In the end, I had to wire it to some american bank account (I had to set up) which cost me money, then get them to write me a cheque and post it back to me in the uk (which cost me money)... in the end i ended up with like £250 out of the £400.
