Just out of interest, how active are you lot? Considering this board comprises mainly young adult males, how active actually are we?

I bike just under 25 miles a week spread out over 7 days fairly evenly and my average speed is *apparently* 10-11mph (18km/h) so I would class this as lightly active but over more days than your survey, sorry to be a pain

I swim about 25km a week, and do weights and situps every day too. Also walk fucking miles and miles each week, never use any form of transport here apart from when going to the airport!

Ive gone for moderately active, although lately its been less as sunday league has finished.

before it was

Mon - Hour of squash
Thurs - 45 min 5 a side football game
Fri - Hour of football training (5 a side)
Sun - Sunday league/Football with friends

And then tried to do atleast a jog/run/bike every other day apart from Saturday

This has tailed off a bit as sunday league finished and the lad I went to squash with is on crutches at the mo.

Also has flu/was run down so cudnt excercise for a week. Hoping to get back into the swing of things this week though.

EDIT: Sit on my arse all week at work so dont have an active job

I do very very little. Walking to the drink machine at work is hardly excercise.

My girlfriend and I have however started up bowling, once or twice a week which is pretty good fun.

Trying to do more in general, running, biking and weights/gym, aiming to bulk and tone up a bit for the summer.
