How far back can this go

I had all statements etc ready about 18 months ago but never sent due to this

I never heard a thing back when I requested my girlfriends bank charges last year. May try again

You'll have to wait to see if the bank appeal first, as all claims are on hold until the appeal period is over, or if they appeal until the case ends again i would imagine. But its a step the right way at least

how can you claim the bank charges back if you dont have the letters/receipts?

Dont forget though that they will be allowed to charge £x... probably £12 so if you claim a £30 refund you'll probably only get back £18 like

Great, they will just get any money paid out by charging you to hold an account with them in order to recoup their losses.

£4.60 or something like that was found to be the actual cost when you go overdrawn.

I've never been charged - it's called managing your finances.

On another note, this doesn't necessarily mean you will get the charges. The OfT still have to decide whether it is unfair or not, if that makes sense.
