Well since I’m board and have nothing else to do just now I thought I would fire up some new pictures of my mates new purchase from Japan He’s had many skylines this been his 5th
R32 GTS-T mainly used for drift will see the odd track now and again
Spec so far is...
Trust TD06 20G Turbo
Trust Manifold, Trust External Wastegate
Trust Blow Off Valve
Trust Front Mount Intercooler
Trust Exhaust System With Screamer Pipe
HKS 1.2mm Metal Head Gasket
HKS Induction Kit,
GTR Fuel Pump
440cc Injectors
Trust Oil Cooler
Tuned ECU
G50 Airflow Meter
Got the call to go pick the car up then set off down to RB motor sports to get the car checked over everything seamed spot on with them so was a bonus
We set about getting the car ready for Banzia @ Crail staying up late hours getting the car to the perfect ride high as it was raised for going on the ship then roll arches and get the car serviced and other bits that needed done…
Next day set off to crail with a few mates, plan was to take the car up and have one quick lap of the drift track but that never quite went to plan, Ended up going on about 7 times then headed over to see what times the car would do on the drag strip Was running low boost on the day and still pulled very hard and the noise was awesome
done a few times then thought it was time for more boost fiddled about with the boost controller then suddenly had a power failure on the controller so couldn’t see what she done on high boost setting
Back home scanning the web as you do and he came across another R32 GTS that had an RB25 that was stroked to a 2.7 but we had our suspicion that it was bullshit so we picked the car up set about getting the engine apart to find it only had up rated pistons ect and standard crank
ah well...
Phone call few days later he got offerd ANOTHER skyline but better R33 GTR V-SPEC with a genuine 1500 miles on the clock crash damaged made room in the work shop then set off to pick the car up
well looked after and cleanest cars i have seen in my life time you could eat ur dinner off the engine bay everything was spotless everything was fresh apart from the damage
Plan is to rip the RB20 engine out and replace it with the RB26 out of the R33 then start the tuning modifications
FOOK probley one of the biggest posts I have ever made on here since been a member
Heres some pictures ...

Theres still loads of work to be done and many other parts to be fitted, New wheels arrived a few days back also, BBS deep dish wheels worth £2000
Enjoy

That really is gorgeous. If he likes them so much, why does he sell them to buy another? Couldn't he just build one to exactly how he wants it? Just wondering... Beautiful car though!

Awesome. Really like this, all goes together soooooo well. Only thing that would make it better would be if it was 3 door.

Not really sure never really kept an eye on times, Will need ask him, dont think they would have been very good as he was spinning non stop off the line.

Fuck me man, i have some photos of your taxi on my work PC, i found it over on driftworks in the photo of the day section.
makes my old R32 look like a right shed. mine was a RB20 but had a RB25 conversion, didnt have the money for a RB26!
The RB26DETT should be absoloutley Epic! and that R33 is dead, never liked them anyways hehe
