looks like an actual courier box so should be able to claim back.
if not, at least you can glue that part back on and you won't really be able to see it.

Doesn't look like they were packaged very well to me in the first place. I would have used shed loads of Bubble wrap etc. Parcel Force are not known for their care. I would take it up with the seller.
Good luck.

Can I get compensation for lost, damaged or delayed items?
You can claim compensation for lost or delayed Standard Parcels or if it is damaged when it arrives. To make a claim you will need a certificate of posting, which you can get from your Post Office at the time of posting. For damaged items you may need to send us your inner and outer packaging as well. For more details or to make a claim, go to our Customer Service section.
Don't forget you can extend compensation cover up to £500 at the time you pay for and send your parcel.

When I sold some Subaru vents I wrapped each one up in loads of paper and put loads of scrunched up bits in the box.

the ligths were badly wrapped and this is why the broke because he only used about two, three layers of newpaper which to me suggest that he did no give a shit about them and how they arrived.
