Are the 3/4 sized plates road legal and has any one had any problems with them? Cheers

i am getting new plates soon but not wantong normal size i want slightly smaller but i aint sure whats available any ideas? Cheers

Just get clean normal size one's , the difference will be noticable and they wont look shit scotty.

mates got square plates on his JDM Imported Del Sol but thats it lol

normal looks good tbh mate and theres no point attracting police attention for something so minor as a number plate

Not really. If Mr/Mrs plod didn't get any Nookie then they may turn round and pull you. Otherwise they'll just drive past.

Oh and if you do get pulled, don't play dumb. Just admit it and you may get off with it.

I've been pulled twice, got let off once and £30 fine 2nd time. I mush have driven past 100 police cars in a year, so not too bad.

Fair enough, just saying because the recess is bigger that it looks out of place.

At the end of the day, you'll still not fit one to yours and i'm going to keep it one my Corsa.

However, on my Astra, the plates are standard size with standard font. I did that because i thought that on the Astra, it just didn't suit the car with a smaller plate.

Each to their own.
