' We are working hard with the oil companies to bring the price of fuel down. We know they crude oil is increasing in price, which is why fuel at our pumps is so expensive. We know the public feel this way so we are doing our very best to drive the prices down'

THE LYING MOTHER FUCKER!

I laughed with disbelive when he said that! How can he have the balls to stand there and say there when he/his party consistanly put more tax on every litre in every years budget!

Tax isn't going up, the cost of oil is. The only way to lower the price is to subsidise it, which won't happen

My dad sometimes has to work in Algeria, he was last there before christmas and he says that over ther diesel works out at 15p a litre and petrol a few pence more. So how cum its £1 a litre dearer over here? Surely it doest cost that much to get it over here per litre. The tax on petrol/derv is a feckin joke!!
