this girl i know who was a gymnast can do it, and i want to learn

is it easy? could she teach me?

i tried to do a front flip once and hurt my back as i missed the cushions i put down.

i used to be able to do the splits when i did karate

I learnt when I was little but can't do them any more.

We had those massive blue mats at the local gym (that are about 12 inches thick) and we had to flip and land on our feet. Worked well, but easier as a kid

I can do cartwheels as well

Physics behind me doing a backflip aren't very sound, i have a variable beer belly which knocks the equation out.

A guy i know can do back flips off walls, but not stright off his feet.

I can do them on a trampoline, but not with a 100% success rate

trampoline is cheating, would be good to learn technique on though, expect broken bones
