Best bet is to find a similair mileage, condition etc one on AutoTrader and go from there, not a clue what they are going for.

Nice little cars, pokey enough with the 1.7. Great to drive, well put together, nice gearbox. I really like them.

Brilliant cars. My Mom has the 1.7 16v on a V plate, she's clocked up 60k in it, NEVER let her down. 123bhp, quite slow though due to weight

My Mum has a 1.7 Puma which I drive sometimes. If you can get past the girly image its a fun car to drive along a twisty road! Its not lightning fast but its nippy

If you drive a Corsa, you will have 100% more fun in the Puma and it will be quicker.

The slightest bit slower

Only 2mph over a 1/2 mile sprint...

It'll be down to the gear raito's... They're so long, and they rev forever.

BUT, they're sooo tunable

lol not good, i wonder how tunable the engine is ? they respond well to decat's and a cda type airfilters? on the other hand the racing puma is the only difference the inlet manifold ??

No i'm not. I had a 1.6 sport, my Bro was driving my Moms Puma. Over a 1/2 mile straight I was about 1/2 a car in front.

Down to the driver then, facts are puma has better power to weight and why is the 1.7 lump such a popular conversion into the mk5 Fiesta. which is heavier and I''ve seen a mk5 with a 1.7 16v lump repeatedly spank a 1.6 16v Corsa up the strip. Not a geat time all the same but still quicker.
