I've got a Saracen hardtail bike. I'd like to save some dosh and get a yeti full susp AM bike though.

yea they cost a fair bit, both more than my corsa lol, got a race in may cant wait, you should get a full sus and switch to DH

I like DH, but i also like to go 20 miles into the mountains so a long distance bike is best for me

Ideally, i'd like a DH bike and a light weight AM bike

Hope Mono M4's with braided hoses except they aren't that great going down hill in France, loads of brake fade.

Got some stock Hayes on my Demo 7 iirc, and they are superb.

I also have some EBC HH pads on the bike. One of the few decent things they make. Pitty they couldn't extend them for cars to replace the red and green stuff pads
