morning, just finished night shift week.

taken tonight and monday off which is good

saw fro on the way home, even managed to give him a flash (of my headlights) ven though i was falling asleep at the wheel

I got earache and it hurts when i swallow i got Water in my ears last night form the bath.... they are really sensitive to water thats why i dont swim!

Kind of jumped over my fence and landed funny
Did something to the ligaments/tendons between my metatarsels and ankle
