Well dont get clotheslined then Try a bit of Fairy Non Bio Next time your on a trampoline should work a treat when you get clotheslined

Was doing a routine once, landed on the corner of the 'mattress' it sprung me off

Was painful

i used to go to trampoline classes when i was 10 , i did really well and went every week, untill we learnt to do backflips.. and i fell off and broke my elbow, needless to say, i didnt go again
