...how many times can I get stopped, without it been called "hassle"?

Can't you get a pink slip or something to prevent it happening?

First time I had a load of fairy liquid on my car with bits of paper.. rob and some mates playing a joke....

Second time a random check, asked If i was pissed

Third time they thought I was on my phone.
