Are these any good? Wanting an exhaust for my saxo and unsure what to go for. There is a local powerflow dealer but heard good and bad reports but lifetime warranty means if it does go wrong then they will replace it?

And they will fit it there and then and also the car goes back yearly for them to inspect it

Or do I buy a magnex or janspeed system and fit it myself?

also, custom jobbies may end up not being so good performance wise (not that it will give much) but iy may not have sufficient back pressure etc

the design quality of custom exhausts is massively down to the person that makes it.

I know a few ppl that have gone there for a custom exhaust and always been a top job

I had a powerflow on 1 off my novas and never had any problems

Plus having it custom means you can have it as quiet or loud as you want

I got a Powerflow system from Turrif Tyres on both the Megane and my MR2

Superb workmanship. Only ever one issue with one of the rubber mounts coming off.

Phoned them up, got told to come up straight away and they replaced all of them there and then - all under warranty

Off the shelf item any day of the week as most Powerflows are franchises so the quality varies too much.

Also off the shelf items from the likes of magnex or miltek will be leagues ahead of most custom exhausts in terms of quality and getting money and replacement systems under waranty.
