Hi guys my tax code is 489L, my basic salary is 14k but i earn another 5k a year or so in bonus on top of that....

Just wandering what percentage im taxed and what percentage is taken for NI and how its worked out ?

Liek if i get 1500 before tax, how much would i get after roughly...

Generally you get around 65% take-home, dependant on other deductiosn though

6th april is technically the last day of payroll for this year. should be a fun fun fun march (i do payroll at work so its the year end which apparently means alot of work )

no, get £2460 a month before deductions. i get paid weekly so £615 a week.

i pay £105 tax a week, £50 NI, £40 ford pension, £2.50 union and death benefit of a couple of quid.

tis gay gotta pay for all those tax dodgers
