When i re-register my GSi as 1998cc...do the new charges apply, or is it the original date of registration of the car?

Original registration as post 2001 (june 2001 i think) are banded different and on emissions

Yeh tell me about it and rarely use it to be honest; gotta tax the 205 aswell which is £200 per year! So £640 just on road tax a year!!
