Depends how long ago and the circumstances surrounding the split. If it was recent or difficult then yes, only natural that you will reminisce. If it was longer ago then you may need a proper plan to get over it. It shouldn't last forever.

Circumstances were... I quite simply never showed how much I cared often enough. By the time I realised what was going on, and did my damndest to change things... T'was too late. I'd give anything to go back and change the last few weeks of our relationship, but it happens

But that's not what hurts me the most...It's the little random things that someone will say that reminds me! That's the point of this thread. To see if anyone else gets these feelings? Or if it's just me

This is all quite simply from a pic I saw of my ex that I took. It brought back so many memories that have hit HARD.

could be a song, or a point of view someone has, or some random item on a Tesco shelf that caused a laugh when were together!
the one i get most often is seeing a plug switched on but nothing pluged in. she was by no means OCD but this drove her potty.....makes me

everytime i see it as i am reminded how desperate she would be to switch it off.....at the same time its

cos its doesnt happen anymore

Willay is right, you need someone new to focus your attention on. Even if it's just a little crush on someone or someone you've liked for ages. That's what I did, and it has helped me loads.
