Had the Torpedo a week now, so got a set of wheels on it and lowered it today.. The way it looks now its due me £500 including buying the car. Best bit is it passed its mot first time yesterday.

Opinions??

That front splitter actually looks worse on the car it's made for than it does bodged onto other cars

Wheels look great though.

I wouldnt go out looking to buy one but there amazing value.. Its basically a mix of Mk2 and Mk3 Golf GTi parts so drives well and has a bit of power. I paid just over £200 for it with 2 weeks mot, put it in for an mot and it sailed through.

So for around £250 I've got whats basically a Golf GTi with a boot, 80k miles, full history and now a years mot. Its not exactly pretty in standard form but I think ive kinda proved the whole wheels, and lowered can improve any car.

Its one of those cars that will never sit close to the ground at the front either. Really stresses me out, if I could get that splitter sat just off the ground it would look sooo much better.

definetly, just a shame the outside is such and ugly shape, how much do you think you will be able to move this on for with the 12 months mot on, thats a great selling point straight off
