i had cheese and brown sauce sandwiches virtually everyday at school for several years, but i don't think i can condone just the sauce on its own.

What you guys need to do is.

Take some normal bread....

Put some colmans mustard on it

put on cheese


Toast it in your oven / grill / microwave - enjoy your cheese on toast with a slight twist.

Barnes method is to use brown sauce, good varitions there.
