I think the 6 looks great.

If the CL is done to the same standard it'll look OK. Not sure about that grille though.

I would have said the 6 will have cost more to buy, they're not as old as the Merc.

They're both let down by the rims being a bit pimp gangster. If they were a nicer design and not chrome it would probably be less daft. Its very close to a concept drawing that drives, which I like. Better than some of these ridiculous SUV conversions which are just done for bragging rights.
