FFS.


Decided to splurge and buy a new phone..

Was looking at 8800 scirroco's on ebay ltd edition silver. Saw one with no box charger etc, but in mint nick from the photo's so purchased it..

Recieved a nokia 8800 today, NOT A SCIRROCO and heavily scratched. Item was clearly descrbed as a scirroco and photographed by them (not a generic photo) was clearly a scirroco and they have tried to pedal this old peice of scratched shit on me.


Not happy.

Have messaged the seller, its a company with 1600 feedback, seemed trust worthy, could just be a packaging error, or they could be trying to pull a fast one.

Do i report them to ebay?!

Not sure what to do.

i looked at the auction and seeing as they have good feedback id just see what they say first, if they start being difficult id be staright on to ebay and paypal about it.

Yeah messaged them saying i hope it was a packaging error as this was not the item i payed for!!

Awaiting response, payed via paypal and on c/c too so might have some comeback if they stiff me!

Sold millions of them, they are great. Feature wise they are shit, heavy and with a pants battery life. I am a phone geek so have many other phones, purely want it for the looks Plus i bet you £1 its got a better battery life than my N80

If you didnt know much about phones and put these two next to each other you could maybe mistake them as they are both metal and silver...

But essentially get a fucking clue.
