at work the limit is set at 8
i question how many speedos start at 10mph, and secondly those that dont how accurately can they be read at such a slow speed?

We used to have a 5mph speed limit at a garage I worked at, I don't think anyone stuck to it, I once saw a Suzuki Grand Vitara do an endo don't think he was under the speed limit
