I need motivation tips!

Just spent 30quid on beer wine and stuff for team competitions....

i.e get a balance transfer over £5k and get an entery to win a bottle of wine....

Give out good incentives? (Get so much balance transfers and get a bit longer on break, away slightly earlier etc)

Well things like wine and that are good But it's floor motivation from the higher staff that is needed. No chance of dressing up in silly costumes or what not?
