A bloke in my office has the loudest keyboard known to man!!! It drives me insane. I'm thinking I should break it so he has to get a new one from IT.

Any suggestions on how I could break it on the sly? I'm thinking about removing a key a jamming the mechanism down so its fucked.

And no, I'm not going to do the right thing and tell him I think he should get a new keyboard. How dull is that?!

Pull a key off (like the "a" key) and hide it. Failing that, cut the cable slightly under the table?

take a letter out and fook about with the bit the key connects to, Actually do a few keys

Just take a letter off and stab down through the key HARD with a pen etc. That should do it

Like, swap them arround so it says "wanker" etc etc
See if he notices

Is it usb? or just a normal 1
Cos if its just a normal one, unplug it, and bend the pins in the connector
