Went last year - was some experience
VIP got little tee-pee things with a shower and toilet. Think that was about it.

can you not manage afew days without a shower? i came back in right state from leeds last year 
but the toilets sound tempting, some of the ones i used were wretch worthy

I just took a heap of baby-wipes and spare clothes.
Fri/Sat night place was fine.
Sat night i rained then the toilets packed in near the entrance.
Sunday was flooded (a lot of it pish/shite)
I'm going again this year. Feck it. Good laugh.
