Want to buy ones because its cooler than running

What size do i need? They seem to go by wheel size and i don't want to buy a kiddies bike on ebay and look at twat collecting it

Is full frame suspension much better than just front? For road, and moderate dirt track use

thanks

I try and do abit of running (gave up smoking this year) but i seem to have weak ankles (or i run like a fanny) and they give me grief after a couple miles.

A bike would be better, and i'd get to go see abit more Welsh scenery

if you want it for mainly road riding i would recommend a bike with just front suspension. With a full suspension bike the rear shock soaks up most of your peddaling effort (unless you pay megabucks for top end bikes from marin, specialized etc)

there are plenty of good looking front suspension bikes though. keep this updated when you decide what to go for mate as i'm thinking of doing the same. i also struggle with the impact from jogging as my knee is fucked.

Its a shop yes, I don't really do mail order, warranty problems with that kinda thing, I have a very high reputation and wouldn't want to put that in danger. I'll happily deliver to local and surrounding areas though, well within 100miles anyway.

I just sold my GT aggressor, 18" frame with 135mm lock out forks. Was perfect. Big enough to ride comfortably on the road, and you could lock forks so you didnt waste energy, then you could lower the seat off road, allow the forks to go full travel and you were away. quality bike, miss it tbh
