Talking about this in the office today.

So whats your age and weight and rough height? Are you in proportion?

Apparently im too skinny But i eat too much crap and to much food in general and do minimal exercise.

Im 19, 5ft 10 and 9st 10lbs

21, 6 foot 2 and dead on 13st

I was 11 and a half stone 18 months ago

5'10" and 12 1/2 stone (always seems to be between 12 and 13 depending on the time of year) i think i could do with being about 11.5 stone as a healthy weight, but im 30 next week so my best days are behind me now and im married so fuck it

20, 5ft 6, 8st 6lbs-ish.

I went down to nearly 7st when I was suffering from really bad IBS. Got back up to a pretty standard weight. Anyone who has seen me knows I'm not exactly big anyway
