207K!?
I love most his work, but this seems a bit OTT to me.

Here is a link to some of his work if you're not familiar with the name: http://www.banksy.co.uk/outdoors/horizontal_1.htm

Hes welcome to come and do art on my house, should get a couple of million for that plus buyer must replace my house at their own cost

To be fair though if it was confirmed that'd easilt go for that. He's actually very well regarded as a great artist.

I can get signed Banksy prints although I don't know why people get so hung up with it. Victor Vasarely is pretty cool, I prefer Robert Medley, Joe Tilson, Alan Davie, Frank Beanland etc

load of bollocks and could be easily forged , plus if the wall fell to pieces which it will then its a waste of money. You could on the otherhand buy it then not remove it, then you have bought the wall to his property and use it for advertising. Technicall you have bought the wall to his property

I bet if you offered the guy £200,000 hed paint what you wanted, where you wanted with a pink didlo in his ass.
Would i balls pay that for a bit of spray paint. Even worse, who the hell would condier taking down a wall, thats ridiculous!

I have the largest stock of modern British prints in the UK - http://www.retrosixty.co.uk I get them from anywhere and everywhere although as I say, I'm not keen on Banksy so don't have any in stock although I do know a client who has rather a few!

Winning bidders feedback doesn't look too good.
"bids and doesnt pay, time waster"
"100% TIMEWASTER, BIDS & NEVER BUYS, REPORTED TO EBAY, SELLERS BEWARE"
They were for damaged toyota corrollas.
Can almost guarantee the guy doesn't get his £208k. Unlucky!
