If you look carefully at the last picture, where the water crosses the hull, you can see where she's broken her back; even if you could right the boat; it'd still be no use as the hull is well and truly fubbared

the boat that is up side down is alot smaller than the one in the slings, the bow thrister on the upside down boat is build into the hull diferent.
It would not fall like that and the guy would not have time to hang on like he is if it was falling when he was just standing.
The pull pit has come off on the boat that is upside down and the water would not do that.
The shadows on the boat that is going into the wwater are wrong as well.
