Just ordered anew exhaust for my astra, its just the back box as im getting the rest custom made. Anyone heard a Z20LET with a full system? ifso what do they sound like?

yeah me mate has got a gsi with a full scorpion system sounds really nice but not ott gives a nice little pop when comming off the throttle too

just dont get anything too loud cause they can sound stupid and loud dont suit them imo

yeah his one sounds spot on really but also he has taken the precat off to thats why i think it gives a little pop every now and then

had a system on my gsi, cat back with 2 boxes, just gave it a nice noise, wasn't boomy or anything like that.

turbo cars can be fuckin loud as well. heard a good few loud jap cars. probably just those vag ones with piss poor turbo's

A close friends old Cav Turbo was really loud, and his old 200SX was stupid loud too,

but i do agree, N/A cars are more often alot louder than forced induction cars under load

i have a full miltek system on my GSI, cant hear it inside the car, apparently sounds the nuts outside when being ragged

i have a mongoose full system and a sports cat.

Personally i think its too loud, annoys me alot somedays.


But has a really nice growl

i have a bluflame catback with the resonator box removed it sounds nice dnt think il want it any louder!

Not sure mate, its a Mongoose, not scorpian.

I dont think its had anything removed!

I had mucho hassle with my s/s system on my gsi turbo mate

got a full system and it made the car missfire

i had a bastuck cat back, custom centre section with sports cat and then regal pre cat, and it gave the car a really nice note and deffo improve pick up and smoothed out boost! I didnt have any probs with it, although i did have to get a joint welded up as it kept blowing after a good ragging!
