Love this car but it just drinks too much fuel Driving like an old fart around town i can get 35 MPG and motorway doing 55 MPH i'll get 45 MPG.

Put it to the test over the past few days whilst i've been off.

After something lighter and smaller but most of all cheaper on fuel. I'd prefer something the same size but i can always use Mum's car.

Throw us your thoughts. Have around 9k to play with. Don't want another Corsa C but do like the Corsa D. Has to be fairly new too as an average week usually consists of around 600 miles.

Agreed, with depreciation you won't get that much better unless you go for somethink like a Bluemotion Polo. Far cheaper just to stick with what you've got.

If you want good fuel economy don't get a Corsa D, they're wank! The 1.2 and 1.4's are lifeless and drink almost as much as my Rx-7 did!
