my mate bought a BMW 318 last year for £400 3 door, heated leather lots of extras, etc. it was alot of fun tbh, all of us were insured on it so we all used it.

That's what my mate had with a slipper, better than welding a diff but bit more expensive. Was so easy to get sideways

E30 is a superb call! great for looks! so easy to get sideways and cheap as chips now if your just looking for sumthin to throw about
