I'm a student.
But not of the bum sort.
I'm also a 'Cashier' at a Spar covenience store, to completely numb my brain, but also now doing part-time work as a Marketing Assistant for a medium sized company in Stevenage, preparing material for an exhibition in February.

ICT/Network Manager
I started out as a £50 a week trainee. Got my first job as an ICT Technician, then moved on to another place to be the Senior ICT Technician and then impressed enough people to be offered the job that I’m in now.
Not once have I had to have an interview to get a job, they've all been on reputation
I also have a second job of teaching CCNA to adult learners in the evening.

im an estimator in a steel and cladding company. basically i try and win jobs for the company to build by working out the areas/costs to build a structure
can be abit scary when you miss something off and cost the company thousands of £££
got into it by just starting as an admin assistant, and slowly working my way up

Graphic Designer
Decided i wanted to be a designer after fucking up my knee (which ruled out my primary jobs of police officer or martial arts instructor) so i got the a levels i needed and then went onto do a HND in graphic design, got an interview for a work placement 1 day a week whilst at college and when i graduated i covered someone for 2 weeks full time. After the 2 weeks they offered me the job full time so i took it to get my experience

Ditto but with IT. So boring, people suck, work sucks, coming to london sucks.
But good money, and free travelling.
Still, it sucks

Went to college and got a diploma in BTEC Business Studies (4 A levels). I'm currently working between a line 1/2 networking engineer. I'm in the job at the moment to gain experience, but i'm wanting to set up my own company, hence the business studies.

I need more money and want some sort of skill. Sales is pointless and flawed, alot of money to be made with the right company & product. Just a bit soulless!

totally agree here, one of the salesman here at work (Renault car garage) was telling me in one month last year he made £5500 and some months he can come out with 1k. so really depends what your selling at what point of the year etc. I couldnt be a salesman I need a set wage but fair play to salesman some months can be shit hot
