I wouldn't advice my worst enemy to get a .2 8v corsa, they really are that bad. If you want to put yourself off driving anywhere buy one, they are so underpowered its painful.

My insurnace has gone up from £320FC to £1283 TPFT. So, 1.2 8v it is.

1.0 12v are better than 1.2 8v's. I once bought an exhaust off reedy, anyway i went to collect it, met him somewhere and he drove to his and I couldn't keep up.

ragging about a 1,2 8v is normal driving, you have to rag it to keep up with the flow. Seriously drive one if you haven't.

my insurance was CHEAPER on the 16v as it had bteer security (chip key thing)

I get 105 to a tenner @ £1.01 a litre

on and in 2003 when I had my 1.2 8v on 17s it used to cost me £14 to get to sheffield (100 miles!) and petrol was about 80p back then!

shocking lol

i have an 1.2 8v and yes they are painfully slow but gets me from A to B.

iv been putting around £30-£35 in everytime i fill up and getting around 260-280 on that which is not bad as all my traveling is stop & start all the time as iv only gotta drive 3 miles to work and 3miles back.

also a good point about the 8v is that they are almost bulllet proof and are alot stronger than the 16v as it can take more abuse.
