So all they do is stop the front of the bonnet getting chipped?

So why do people keep them on for the show? Why not just use it on the drive there?

Its not the latest trend, it has been going for years and years

classically to stop chips, but alot of owners leave them on, as VW scene is all about beeing diffrent come the shows
