my own silly fault I know, i had a long day at work then set off on a 3hr drive to Cardiff, be ok i thought, i drive there quite often

anyway I fell asleep on the M4 about 1 mile from my exit,

i was driving along then the next thing i hear a big bang, the car is up the verge and starting to spin i apply opposite lock which spins the car the other way, i managed to correct this slide and pulled up on the hard shoulder, I fukking shit myself!!

Two girlls behind in an MX5 stopped to make sure I was ok and kindly donated a can of red bull

I was very lucky that no one else was involved and that I am ok

i have to drive tired to work when im on earlies for work

but yeah, usually opening the windows on a freezing morning does the same job as 5 cans of red bull

I hate driving tired, I just put the music up as loud as possible, all windows down (Only on roads where i'm doing 60, not through towns and so on). That keeps me awake
