catch eye contact with her and then maybe later in the session just go over and say hello, ask her if shes training for anything, say if you've done anything with the gym work e.g. marathon, charity work etc Get in there!

You need to think of an excuse to get talking to her.. A really random question I find always helps. I usually ask something like, do you know.. and say someones name. She's going to say no, but the ice is broken and the conversations started.  How I go about it anyway..
