Hi guys and girls.

Thought id start a little debate, so what do you guys think the best hot hatch between the years stated is.

State your car along with a brief description of why you think that one

Peugeot 306 Rallye..

Good handling, quick and extremely fun to drive, aswell as being comfortable when needed also, Nice interior and the 1st car to succesfully use a 6 speed box on a road car also.

Just to add, if simple mods such as suspension make it into a hot hatch i think this is allowed

Just to make it more intresting, if you disagree with any car's stated please add

Not if people stick to posting their opinions and not commenting on others, lets see who first violates that rule...

I'd rather the ibiza that won 3 world rally championships.

tbh i'd have a mk2 or a mk4. Worked on a few mk3 ibizas (although 1.4/diesel modles) and didn't like any of them.

Why would you want a car cause it won a world rally championship, the Toyotta coralla did well in the rallye championship, but lets be honest, the road going version was pretty poor.
